Reporting on my work
While you are on your AYAD placement you are expected to provide quarterly reports that feedback on the triumphs and challenges of your assignment and the quality of services provided to you in country.
These quarterly reports provide you with an opportunity to share the success of your assignment and any issues that have arisen in relationship to your assignment, Host Organisation and work conditions. They also provide you with an opportunity to report on the support offered by your ICM and the usefulness and quality of other aspects of the AYAD Program.
The reports are part of the formal monitoring and evaluation of your assignment and of the AYAD Program both in your particular country and across the region.
Your In Country Manager and Regional Manager will assess your reports and feedback key issues to the AYAD Program staff in Australia.
